Mary Travers La Bolduc was a Canadian folk singer. She is believed to be the first woman recorded playing the harmonica. She played the tremolo harmonica and also the fiddle. Here is a You Tube channel with a lot of her recordings:

She plays the tremolo harmonica in many of those recordings.

At least you got a sticker. Smile Some of us didn't even get that.
I do wonder how many harmonica players have been on stamps?

Hello, FOTH (Friends of the Harmonica).

For those harpists not living in the USA,
"Mr. Yuk" was a promotion sticker set,
given to parents with very young kids.
It was a safety item, established about
10-20 years ago in the USA.

The page of self-adhesive stickers was
applied (one sticker for each product)
to dangerous products by parents,
to warn the children that a product was
poisonous, dangerous or harmful to the
child's health.

Police and fire departments distributed the
free fluorescent green stickers that had an
ugly cartoon face.

When the child saw the Mr. Yuk face on a
product, such as on a bleach bottle, on a
drain cleaner bottle, etc. it was a warning
to the child, stay away from the product.
